ALTERNATOR
Stamford / Marathon alternators have been carefully selected to match the overload performance of the engine and incorporate the following: Screen protected and drip proof, self exciting, self regulating brushless alternator with fully interconnected damper windings, IC06 cooling system and sealed for life bearings, PMG fitted as standard on BCP 1000 models and above. Other brand alternators are available on request

CONTROL SYSTEM
1)Manual Type
Adopts 501k control module of DEEPSEA in U. K, key start, over speedy lubrication oil with low pressure, high temperature of cooling water, free of charge voltage, and other protection functions. There are emergency stop button, current meter, voltage meter, running time meter, frequency meter, oil pressure meter, water temperature mete, etc on the control box.
2)AMF Type
Adopts 7220, 5320 control modules of DEEPSEA in U. K. In case of stop of supply of network, or other signals requiring start of the set, after confirmation of delay (0-30 seconds adjustable), the set shall self start (1-8 times adjustable, completion rate of the first start more than 99%), after self confirmation of normal supply of the set, supply power. After recover of the network, after delay confirmation (0-30 seconds adjustable), self cooling and stop of the set (0-300 seconds adjustable ). Meanwhile, this type has protection functions of the basic type, digit display of parameters of voltage, current, frequency, running time, battery, voltage, rotary speed, etc.
3)ATS Type
Inside installation of SOCOMEC transfer switch. The panel of the control electrical has indicators. Fitted with the automatic type control cabinet, the auto supply system between the urban power and the generator can be achieved. Under normal operation, the control cabinet is connected with the urban power, the inside electrical auto charged to ensure normal operation of the storage battery for start. In case of stop of supply of urban power, insufficient voltage, lack of phase, the generator will auto start, after completion of start, the change switch inside the auto change cabinet will cut off the urban supply. After normal supply of the urban power, the switch will change into the supply of urban power, and control the set run freely until balance and decrease of engine, auto stop.

PARALLELING SYSYTEM
Three selections of Manual, Auto, and Full-auto. Full-auto coupling cabinets adopt GAC control module of U. S. A, import program PLC, controlling all types of speed adjustors installed inside the generator set, ensuring the difference of load sharing no more than 5%. It may auto distribute loads, arrangement of PLC, auto input and decouple in case of change of loads, and emergency auto start and input, etc.
